You have dreamed of making a beautiful wall hanging for your living room wall.

Something personal! Something special. Maybe you have hoped to sew a new

curtain. Oh, and you definitely desire to produce a baby blanket complete with the baby-to-be's name embroidered on it before the big day arrives. Can anyone say "procrastination"? So we all struggle with good intentions that never come to pass. There comes a point where you have to decide. I am going to get busy and do this project. I am going to choose for a good reason to not do the project after all. Possibly, you just decide to give up. I have had many points in my life like this.

It has good for me to prayerfully consider my intentions. If you keep seeking the

Lord's guidance, He will keep you heading the right direction. Always be mindful,

that many times, God simply desires for us to persevere through interruptions and

distractions so that we can successfully complete the work He has called us to do! Pray....then persevere!!

Every family is unique. There are four kids in our family.

Two have begun college. And two are in high school. Every

year my responsibilities change. I am actually only teaching

a couple subjects at home this year as compared to teaching

all four of my children a couple years ago a multitude of

subjects! How can a homeschool mom stop the flow of learning?

Well, I have loved years of learning and applying teaching methods

as well as material. I have loved teaching the Biblical applications.

So here I go! I will be dedicating more time to writing. It's time to

grow Promise Point Education. It's time to reach out and support

my brothers and sisters in Christ as they pursue the same call to

homeschool. Be determined to grow through your educational years

at home with your kids and then to share your teaching skills and

wisdom gained with the homeschool community. Let your light shine!

With my two older kids off to college, I have enjoyed "extra" time to

"catch up" on tasks at home. And....after two weeks....aahhhh! How

nice! Everything is in its place. I just knew I could do it! :) OF COURSE!

Of course, you can too! Yet....you are a committed homeschool mom instilling

God's truths as you teach your God-given kids. Trust me! You will have no

regrets. I am sooo thankful I taught my kids according to God's Word. Grace upon

grace will soften your demanding years of training up your family. And it

isn't forever. They do grow up! They do move on. Be encouraged! Seek ye first

the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added

unto you. Blessings!
